NO SHOWS (Classes and Privates)
There is a no refund policy for no shows whether it be for classes or private training. If a client is a no show to a workout upon signing up, that session will not be refunded. This is to ensure that spaces are not being wasted for other clients who want to book a session for that day.
We understand that we all have busy lives and hectic schedules, but cancellations MUST be made at least 1 hour prior to class for a refund or class credit to take place. If a client cancels a session an hour before the start of the workout, that session will remain on their account for 7 DAYS upon the time of the sign up. After 7 days, that session will no longer be valid. Classes can be cancelled through MINDBODY on our website or the app. You can also cancel by email or calling Projext Fitness at (818) 532-8706.
All sessions for the month are to be paid for in advance. No refunds. If a client signs up in the middle of the month, then that month will be pro rated until the next month. We encourage you to pick a training package that is the most flexible for your schedule so that you can take full advantage of all sessions. Clients have that whole month to use those sessions before those sessions are no longer valid. Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours prior to the session for a client to keep that credit. Missed sessions will be exempt for medical reasons and can be made up at a later time.
