There is a no refund policy for no shows whether it be classes or private training. If a client is a no show to a workout upon signing up, that session or money will not be refunded. This is to ensure that spaces are not being wasted for other clients who want to book a session for that day.
I understand that we all have busy lives and hectic schedules, but cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to a workout/ private session for a refund/or class credit to take place. Classes and privages can be cancelled through the MINDBODY app, by email, or calling G-Train Fitness at (818) 853-7422. If a client cancels a session an hour before the start of the workout, that session will remain on their account for 7 DAYS. After 7 days, that session will no longer be valid.
Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to the session for a client to keep that session. All sessions are to be paid for that whole month in advance. Clients have that whole month to use sessions before those sessions expire. If a client signs up in the middle of the month, then that month is pro rated until the next month.
